too much chocolate makes me sneeze
too much mint makes me sneeze
putting them together, makes me… uhh… Freeze?
tastes good tho ^^
Ingredients:
- A pack of expired Starbucks Via (mild) coffee
- Ice cubes formed together into a huge slab
- One and a half packet of Bear Brand Sterilized Vanilla flavored Milk (with Ginkgo biloba)
- Brown sugar (to taste)
- Cinnamon flavored Pancake Syrup
You will also need:
- A microwave
- A brand new, exploding Handheld Blender
- Bendy straws (optional - you may acquire this from bear brand milk carton)
- A clear glass to put the concoction into
- Rags to wipe the huge mess afterwards
How to:
- Get 100mL aliquot portion of the milk and heat using the microwave
- Mix hot milk with coffee and sugar
- Blend this with the remaining ingredients, making sure some (if not all) spills everywhere (dont forget to thank the splendid blender)
Serving suggestions:
- Pour the blended coffee into the glass and top off with syrup (some syrup may sink onto the bottom of the container - which, with luck, might look good)
- Good with tacos.
—> too bad i didn’t take pictures, it actually tasted good though.

This is Manila during the mid-50’s. Manila used to be so beautiful, much like the vintage New York and like what my Philippine History professor said, “the Paris of Asia.” Those who were born during that era must have been so lucky to witness Manila at its peak.
